These projects have lost some relevance and modernity over time, but I’ve kept them here to show the areas I’ve worked in and the projects I’ve done.
WashMyCar
- Role: Product Designer (UX/UI)
- Industry: On-demand Services
- Platforms: Web, iOS, Android
- Involvement: 2018–2019
The product includes two separate mobile applications for car owners and car wash staff, and a website which combines the features of both mobile apps.
The application for car owners allows to find the nearest car washes on the map or in the list using geoposition or search by name or address, to see the services provided and their cost, and to book a visit to the car wash at a convenient time. The application also allows to contact the operator of the car wash, find out the working hours, additional services, as well as read reviews of other customers and leave your own. Users can also create their car profiles in the app to make future bookings quick and easy.
The main advantage of the app for staff is the ability to automatically accept bookings and distribute the queue of cars between multiple wash boxes depending on the timing of the selected services. The operator can also view the available slots in the boxes and make corrections to the allocation of cars to the boxes if necessary. The application also allows to specify information about the car wash, services, prices, working hours, to accept reservation requests by phone, to contact customers, as well as to keep the history of completed orders. The app can be installed on the devices of several car wash administrators and operators, the number of accounts depends on the chosen subscription plan. Billing and payment system for using the service is built into the app.
The apps are available on iOS, Android, and Web. As the sole product designer, I developed the functionality, user scenarios and the user interface design of the apps and website, and after the startup was launched, I monitored and responded to feedback by implementing new features or improving existing ones. Later, when the team was scaled up, as a Lead Designer, I coordinated the work of the designers and their collaboration with the development team.
Lorain County Metro Parks
- Role: UX/UI Designer
- Industry: Leisure and Recreation
- Platforms: Web
- Year: 2019
Service for program registration and facility reservation for the Lorain Country Metro Parks, Ohio, USA. The park has a variety of facilities on its territory, such as picnic shelters, outdoor spaces, meeting rooms, large event spaces, etc., and offers visitors to organise their own activities there.
The client wanted a full-functional and intuitive interface, especially on mobile devices, which I successfully implemented. I created a user-friendly interface for choosing and reservation available park facilities for the desired time, and for registration in the programs that are performed in the park facilities. I proposed and designed a clear search and filtering system by park objects and programs, their types, characteristics and dates. I also designed a shopping cart for ordering several facilities or programmes at once, and a clear and short checkout flow.

CREELiT’s online platform is used by more than 17,000 real estate agents in the United States to automate their marketing activities. With its ‘web-to-print’ functionality, real estate agents can significantly reduce their marketing efforts: an agent chooses a design template directly from the dashboard for anything from a business card to a billboard, and then easily customizes it, with their own details. Subsequent printing and scheduled door-to-door shipment happens automatically and effortlessly. CREELiT allows real estate agents to focus on their core business activity.
Wayne Creel, CTO and founder of CREELiT, had an ambition to grow user numbers from 17,000 to 500,000. Mr. Creel invited me to spearhead the necessary digital transformation, identify bottlenecks and enable growth. To meet his goals we conducted a thorough business analysis of the company’s current processes and identified both strengths to build on and weaknesses that had to be eliminated.
